A couple of years ago, maybe three, I used to paint water towers with messages of love written across them. Then two years ago I was painting beer logos on the sides of pigs, you can see the "Stiegl Pig" hanging proudly at the Press Club and now I've moved onto sea mines with candy heart message.
Sea Mines fascinated me as a kid, this danger under the water, the long battleship chains anchoring them in place, there was something so dangerous about these silent weapons, anyways before I get too romantic about it here a couple of "Be Mine Sea Mines" for you to enjoy, remember them around Valentine's Day and order one for your lover.

I've got some commissioned work to get back to and will be hanging some paintings at Cowbell. I may get a couple more 8x10's up tonight, we'll see if I have the steam
